MY COLLABORATIVE EXPERIENCE 

    Hello, my name is Kharisma Satria Nindhita, and in my first post on this blog I will tell you about my collaborative experience. So the project I made is in the form of a video for PESONA 2020. This project took place in 2020. At the introduction of the campus, new Akakom students were asked to make a short video about PESONA 2020, and at that time they were told to make groups of 5 people who were in the same class as us.

    I collaborated with my friends online because at that time there was a severe COVID pandemic, so we had to go online, so we worked online by dividing the tasks of each member, and it turned out that my group of friends lived far away; some were from outside Java and others.

    The process of making a short video for PESONA is that first we create a WhatsUp group containing groups, and in that group we first introduce our names and where we come from. Finally, after that, we divide the tasks per member for their work; we make it full online because of the pandemic and for discussion via WhatsUp group, and at the time of distribution, I get a share to make the initial video; after the video is finished for each member, we just send it to the chairman of the project, and the project leader, after that, will edit the video, which was originally a separate video, into one full video; after that, we just send it to the academic section of the campus for collection.

       I am very happy with the collaboration that I do with my group. Many relationships grow. So when we want to do planning, we should have a good discussion. Give a chance to a friend who wants to have an opinion. Listen to each other, respect the opinions of others, and reduce selfishness in each other.
